03 · Our Team
04 · Our Approach
Management is a working partnership. Each client works directly with a manager who knows their goals and helps them make considered decisions over time.
We start by understanding where a client is today: experience, training, strengths, and the kind of work they want to pursue.
We help shape the materials casting sees first, including headshots, reels, and resumes, so they present each client accurately and professionally.
We work alongside agents and other members of a client’s team so everyone is aligned on goals and opportunities.
We offer guidance on the choices that shape a career, from which opportunities to pursue to moving between markets, mediums, or stages of a career.
We stay in regular contact with clients and families, and review progress together so the plan evolves as the career does.
05 · Actors & Families
A working partnership focused on your goals, professional materials, and the decisions that shape your career.
Parents and legal guardians are part of a young performer’s representation journey. We work with families on preparation, professional expectations, and career development.

Submissions
Submissions are made by email to info@brilliant-talent.com, the same address we use for general inquiries. Submissions are reviewed by Debbie and authorized managers.
This button opens your email application with a pre-addressed message. Complete it, attach your materials, and send it from there.
Professional name, city or market, whether you are an adult or a minor, a parent or guardian’s name if applicable, a link to your reel, and a brief introduction.
Add these as attachments in your email application. The button above cannot attach files for you.
Please share reels and self-tapes as links (Vimeo, YouTube, or similar) rather than attaching video files.
A parent or legal guardian should send the email from their own account, using the adult’s contact details. Please do not include a minor’s direct contact information. Children under 13 should not contact us directly.
Please do not include government ID or Social Security numbers, financial information, a full date of birth, or a home address. Submitting materials does not establish representation. We will contact you if there is a fit.
Submission Privacy
This note covers representation submissions only. Information you email to Brilliant Talent Management is used to review your representation inquiry and to communicate with you about it. It is reviewed by Debbie Garner and authorized BTM managers and processed through our email provider, Google Workspace. We share submitted materials with industry contacts only with your permission, or a parent or guardian’s permission for a minor. Please send only relevant professional materials. Privacy or deletion requests about a submission can be sent to info@brilliant-talent.com. See our Privacy Policy.
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Brilliant Talent Management, LLC, a California limited liability company (“BTM,” “we,” or “us”), handles personal information connected with this website and with representation inquiries from prospective adult and young performers. It does not cover our agreements or records with existing clients, and BTM does not provide financial or business-management services.
We do not collect submissions through a web form. Representation inquiries are made by email to info@brilliant-talent.com, and you choose what to include. This typically includes:
We do not ask for, and you should not send, a full date of birth, a home address, Social Security or other government ID numbers, or bank or other financial information.
This website is published through OpenAI Sites and delivered using Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and delivery providers process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and requested pages.
We have not enabled Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or visitor conversion tracking on this website. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives technical information needed to deliver those font files, including your IP address and browser request information.
Sending a submission does not sign you up for marketing communications.

Service providers. Our email is provided by Google Workspace. Our website is published through OpenAI Sites and delivered using Cloudflare infrastructure. Google Fonts supplies the website fonts. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services.
Industry contacts. We share a prospective client’s materials with casting directors, agents, or other industry contacts only with that adult’s permission, or with a parent or legal guardian’s permission for a minor.
Legal and safety disclosures. We may disclose information where required by law or legal process, or where we believe disclosure is needed to protect the safety of a child or another person or to protect our legal rights.
We have not enabled analytics or advertising cookies in the website code. Hosting providers may use technical mechanisms to deliver and protect the service. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
Inquiries for anyone under 18 must be sent by a parent or legal guardian, using the adult’s own contact details. Children under 13 should not contact us or send information directly. If you believe a child has sent us information directly, please contact us at info@brilliant-talent.com so we can address it.
A parent or guardian may ask what information they sent about their child, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, as described below.
If an inquiry does not lead to representation, we remove the submission materials from our active email and folders 12 months after our last substantive communication with you. We may keep information longer if you sign with BTM as a client, or where a legal obligation or dispute requires it. You may ask us to delete your materials sooner. Copies may remain in technical backups where removal is not technically practical, until they are overwritten in the ordinary course.
This period applies to prospective-client submissions only. Records for existing clients and website analytics data are handled separately.
Adults, and parents or legal guardians on behalf of a minor, may ask to access, correct, or delete information they have sent us by emailing info@brilliant-talent.com. We may take reasonable steps to confirm your identity, or a parent or guardian’s relationship to a child, before acting on a request. We may need to keep some information where the law requires it or where an exception applies, and we will let you know if that affects your request.
We take reasonable precautions appropriate to the information we handle, including limiting access to submissions to authorized BTM personnel and relying on established providers for email and hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please send only relevant professional materials.
