About BTM

Who we represent and how we support a career.

Who does BTM represent?

BTM represents emerging and established youth and adult talent across film, television, commercials, print, voice-over, and professional theater.

What makes BTM’s approach distinctive?

Across our team, our managers have worked as talent agents, acted professionally, worked in casting and production, and raised a child in the business. Those perspectives inform our guidance on professional positioning, industry relationships, and the decisions actors and families face as a career develops.

What would a BTM manager help us with?

We help performers identify their strengths, refine their headshots, résumés, and reels, and make informed career decisions. We also help connect clients with agents, photographers, acting coaches, and other industry professionals based on their needs and goals. We coordinate with their representatives to support a consistent approach to career development.

What types of projects do BTM clients work on?

Our clients’ credits span television, feature films, animation, and video games. Explore the selected productions on our website, or see recent client bookings and updates on Instagram (opens in a new tab) and Facebook (opens in a new tab).

Working With BTM

Career guidance for emerging and established performers.

How does BTM support established adult actors?

We help established adult actors assess their professional positioning, refine their materials, and coordinate with agents and other representatives. Our guidance supports informed decisions about new roles, markets, performance formats, and changes in career direction, based on each actor’s experience and goals.

I already have an agent. Can a manager still help?

Agents and managers can serve complementary roles. A manager generally focuses on overall career direction and development, while an agent generally focuses on employment opportunities and negotiations. BTM coordinates with clients’ representatives to help keep their professional positioning and career direction aligned.

Does representation guarantee auditions or bookings?

No. Representation cannot guarantee auditions, roles, or earnings. Casting decisions involve many factors outside a representative’s control. BTM’s approach emphasizes preparation, professional positioning, and informed decisions about long-term career development.

Is BTM a fit for my child or teen?

BTM works with young performers and their families. Our managers bring experience in youth representation, casting, performance, and career development. A submission helps us assess the performer’s materials, interests, and potential fit with our team.

How involved should I be as a parent?

Parents and legal guardians remain part of the conversation for young performers. We provide guidance on preparation, professional expectations, and career decisions. A parent or legal guardian must submit on behalf of anyone under 18 using the adult’s contact information.

Submissions

What to send and what happens next.

How do I submit for representation?

Email info@brilliant-talent.com with a brief introduction and your professional materials. For anyone under 18, a parent or legal guardian must send the submission using the adult’s contact information. Review our submission guidelines before sending.

What materials should I include?

Include the performer’s professional name, city or market, whether they are an adult or a minor, and a brief introduction. Attach a headshot and résumé, and include a reel link if available. For a minor, include the parent or legal guardian’s name and contact information. Send videos as links rather than attachments.

Who reviews submissions, and what happens next?

Debbie Garner or one of our managers will review your submission. We will contact you if there is a potential fit. Sending materials does not establish representation.
